Moreover, it is a new project of circular economy, from the sea to the table: with our boats fetching the catch of the day and taking it to the fish market, to the processing that leads to the table and, upon request, to the consumer's house.
Open ever since October 27th, 2022, "Da Bob Cook Fish Sorrento" is a landmark for those who - along the Sorrento peninsula - are looking for a location that serves a lively atmosphere and dishes of traditional flavours prepared with creativity, through smiles and familiar hospitality.
The facility, located in the heart of Sorrento in Largo Parsano Vecchio (at the end of Via degli Aranci, the main street of the city), is led by Angelo Celentano, Franco Apreda and Eugenio Gargiulo. The three managers have gained excellent experience in the restaurants Bagni Sant'Anna and Tasso.
Il plus è la collaborazione con la pescheria Ge.Ro.Sa., da dove proviene il pescato del giorno, accuratamente selezionato e lavorato per essere affidato alla brigata guidata dallo chef supervisor Tommaso De Turris.
"Da Bob Cook Fish Sorrento" is open everyday at lunch (12.00 - 15.30) and dinner (18.00 - 23.00), closed on Mondays. The restaurant is also a take-out, delivery and it will go soon online with its own Easy Commerce website, which will aim to sell in house ready-made sauces.
